For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. usd77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of usd77 or any of its associated software providers or game studios, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction that has been designated as a restricted territory by usd77's licensing authority. A current list of restricted territories is available from our support team upon request.
• You have not previously had an Account with usd77 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Member. Each Member may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. usd77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation upon detection of duplicate Accounts .

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds pending an AML review.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. usd77 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. usd77 applies a tiered KYC process. Basic account access is granted upon registration, but higher deposit limits, withdrawal processing, and participation in certain promotions require successful completion of identity verification. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport) and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within three months). usd77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. usd77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). usd77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. usd77 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Accounts based on KYC status, transaction history, or risk assessment.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within seconds to five minutes of confirmed receipt by usd77's payment processor. usd77 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by usd77 within the timeframe displayed at the point of request — typically under five minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under 30 minutes for bank transfers during operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day, or when enhanced verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the usd77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request will be accepted. usd77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

4.6 Taxes and Charges. usd77 does not deduct Indonesian withholding tax from winnings at source. However, Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. usd77 accepts no liability for any tax obligations arising from a Member's use of the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by usd77 are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Specific promotion pages will state the applicable wagering requirements, validity period, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, and maximum withdrawal derived from Bonus Funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. usd77 reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.

5.4 Bonus Cap. Where a maximum win cap applies to a bonus, winnings from Bonus Funds that exceed the stated cap will be removed from the Account automatically upon withdrawal request. The capped amount, if stated, represents the maximum amount transferable from Bonus Funds to your real-money Balance.

5.5 Promotional Communications. By registering, you consent to receive promotional communications from usd77 via email and SMS. You may opt out at any time by contacting support or via the preference settings in your Account. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your eligibility for standard platform promotions displayed publicly on the site.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers are accepted at usd77's sole discretion. usd77 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any wager at any time, including after provisional acceptance, where there are reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to: suspicion of match-fixing, data feed errors, system malfunction, or breach of these Terms.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Sports betting odds are updated in real time. For pre-match and live in-play betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, and other covered competitions, odds reflect prevailing market rates. usd77 does not guarantee that any particular market will remain open at any given time.

6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. Partial voids within a mix parlay may reduce the number of legs and adjust the resulting odds in line with usd77's published parlay rules.

6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform are conducted using certified RNG technology. Draw results are final and binding. usd77 does not operate or affiliate with any state or government lottery; togel on the Platform is an independently operated numbers game.

6.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined by the game provider's published disconnection policy. usd77 accepts no liability for disconnections caused by the Member's internet service provider or device.

6.6 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including technical faults that produce clearly incorrect results — usd77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Members' Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.

usd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other Members or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other Members in multiplayer or live dealer games to gain an advantage over the Platform or third-party Members.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or misconfigured odds to place wagers at clearly erroneous prices.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other first-deposit promotions more than once.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal details during the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other geo-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or backend infrastructure.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the usd77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of usd77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of usd77.

usd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

usd77 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and usd77 cannot guarantee absolute data security. Members are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to enable any available multi-factor authentication options.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, usd77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 usd77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

11.3 usd77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 usd77 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunication failures, payment processor downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11.5 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. usd77 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through participation in any game or betting market on the Platform. Members wager at their own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which usd77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by usd77's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence. Members located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their participation complies with applicable local law at all times.

usd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, usd77 will notify Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
